Peppermint Crisp Tart

COOK - Chill for 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Method:
- 2 packets Tennis biscuits (crushed fine)
- 500ml cream
- 1 tin caramel
- 2 peppermint crisp chocolate (crushed)
Method:
- Beat cream till thick
- Mix in the caramel
- Layer the tennis biscuits then layer the cream over the biscuits
- Sprinkle the peppermint crisp on top
- Place in fridge to set
