Butterflied Leg of Lamb simply means the bone has been carefully removed, by one of our expert Snoggys butchers. The cut is then flattened into one piece of even thickness, allowing for faster and more even cooking. Better flavour absorbtion and intensity. We marinated the Lamb in Garlic and Rosemary, combine it with Snoggys extra special seasoning and spice blend. 

This dish is something special.
