Delivery Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below carefully to understand our delivery schedule and policies.

Dispatch Schedule
• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 1:00pm are usually dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
• Orders placed after 1:00pm Thursday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
• Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
• Saturday delivery is available only for orders placed before 1:00pm on Friday.
• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Bank Holidays
Orders placed after 1:00pm on the Friday before a Bank Holiday will typically be dispatched the following Tuesday for next-day delivery.
Please note that dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Delivery Times
While most deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.
Unexpected delays may occur due to:
• Courier operational delays
• Severe weather conditions
• Transport disruptions
• High seasonal demand
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
In such cases, deliveries may take up to 2–3 working days after dispatch.

UK Next Day Delivery (Mon–Thu dispatch): £6.95
Friday Orders (Tuesday delivery): £6.95
Saturday Delivery (Order before 1pm Friday): £15.00
Scotland: £10.95 – Next working day delivery
Isle of Wight: £25.00 – Next working day delivery
Isle of Man: £40.00 – 2–4 business days
Please note delivery charges are subject to change and may vary depending on order size or courier requirements.

Orders may be collected from:
Putney Main Shop
367 Upper Richmond Road
Wimbledon Station Branch
Please call the main shop on 0208 8762050 to arrange collection.
Orders for Wimbledon collection must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Special Delivery Requests
Customers may include special requests such as preferred delivery times, gift packaging, or special occasion notes in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

While we will always do our best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed as final delivery timing is controlled by the courier service.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information including:
• House number or building name
• Street name
• Postcode
• County (where applicable)
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, returned parcels, or additional courier charges. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by inaccurate address information.

Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the courier company. While we work with trusted delivery partners, we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept liability for delays outside our control.
If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order to discuss a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and Unopened
• Proof of purchase may be required
Returns must be arranged with our team before sending items back.

Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. Please allow several working days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 Hours and provide photographs of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, extreme weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
