Delivery and Returns

We endeavour to have your order processed and delivered within 48 hours from when it is received unless items are out of stock in which case we will contact you to offer you an alternative or a refund. 

It is important that you give us the correct phone number and email address in case we need to contact you.  Customers agree to have a person available to sign for receipt of goods on the agreed delivery day. 

Snoggys accepts no responsibility or liability in the event of orders not being received on time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control or if no one is there to receive and sign for your delivery.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be delivered next day including Saturday. Orders after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

You must notify us within 24 hours if you have not received your order.

24 hour delivery Monday to Saturday if placed within times specified - £7.50
